Imperial Stout, aged in Wild Turkey barrels for 7 months.
Rich roasted malt aroma with notes of chocolate, licorice, oak, vanilla and bourbon. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head. Starts with rich roasted malt and milk chocolate flavors with notes of licorice as well as a medium body and silky, roasty mouthfeel. Finishes dry and quite smooth with oak, vanilla and subtle bourbon flavors.
